2. Products & Orders

All products listed on our website are subject to availability. Living Dairies reserves the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product descriptions at any time.

• Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or a confirmed delivery arrangement.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.
• Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly in appearance.
• All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Delivery & Logistics

Living Dairies operates daily delivery routes across Lahore, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, and surrounding areas. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, or operational factors.

• We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Customers must ensure someone is available to receive perishable goods at the time of delivery.
• Undelivered perishable items due to customer unavailability will not be eligible for refund or re-delivery at no charge.

4. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our dairy products, we operate a strict returns policy:

• Complaints regarding product quality must be raised within 4 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
• Verified quality complaints will be resolved through a replacement delivery or store credit at our discretion.
• Cash refunds are not issued for perishable goods unless the product is found to be unsafe for consumption.
• Non-perishable items (e.g., merchandise) may be returned within 7 days in original, unused condition.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and design — is the exclusive property of Living Dairies Ltd. and is protected under Pakistani and international intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from this website for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Living Dairies Ltd.

6. Limitation of Liability

Living Dairies Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of our website or the accuracy of all information contained therein.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Punjab.
